Our circle, Crescent Circle SilverWitches, in Shreveport/Bossier hosts a Pagan Pride Day annually. This is an Educational event with authors and speakers covering the entire afternoon of both days.

     Oct 10-12, 2008 - Celebrating the Goddess RISING! Conference
In homage to our City's ressurrection, our CONFERENCE is BACK!
"Celebrating the Goddess", our Conference of the '90's', was put aside as our new church found its place and path in the Spiral Dance, in Patriarchy. It was a time of growth and Initiations of all sorts.

      Meanwhile, the covenstead is sorely in need of labour, everything from yardwork to (de)construction on the house. We are also assisting the Jefferson Parish ASPCA with feeding their dogs and cats and trapping ferals for care. Of course, we always have the community food bank and ongoing charity and prison work; these efforts are needed now more than ever!
